When your return arrives back with us, your refund/exchange will be processed. If you choose to return only a portion of an order that included a free item(s) as part of the promotional offer, the value of the free item(s) or discount will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount.&#xA0; Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.We are not able to accept returns for items purchased at any of our pop up events or sample sales. Exchanges are free to return using the QR code, however we do not cover the postage for items being returned for refund. Can I return a sale item? Yes, you can! We accept returns on all sale items excluding personalised or engraved items, earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), gift cards &amp; gift packaging. Will my original shipping charge be refunded? Original shipping charges are non-refundable. What should I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item in my order? If there are any issues with your order, there is no need to arrange this as a return on our portal. Instead, please pop a message to our customer service team at <a href="mailto:info@dlouise.co.uk" id="isPasted">info@dlouise.co.uk</a> and they&apos;ll get that all sorted for you. &#xA0; I received a free item in my order, can I still return? If you have a free gift in your order and you would like a full refund, the free gift will also need to be returned to us. I am based in the UK, how does the QR code work?&#xA0; When you have arranged your return and select &apos;QR code&apos; as your shipping method, this will be sent to you in a separate email. Please take this to your local Royal Mail post office to be scanned, and they will generate a label and post your package. When your return arrives back with us, your return will be processed How is my return tracked if I select &#x2018;own shipping label&#x2019; on the returns portal?
