Returns Policy
You can arrange a return for refund/exchange on your items within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please note that this excludes earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), engraved items, Gift Cards and Gift Packaging.

 You can arrange your return easily on our returns portal. When your return arrives back with us, your refund/exchange will be processed. If you choose to return only a portion of an order that included a free item(s) as part of the promotional offer, the value of the free item(s) or discount will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount. 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

We are not able to accept returns for items purchased at any of our pop up events or sample sales.

To return your order please click here for UK & the rest of world and here for US, where you can submit your details and arrange your postage. Once that is complete, you will be emailed with your postage label or QR code, along with the instructions of where to post your return.

Exchanges are free to return using the QR code, however we do not cover the postage for items being returned for refund.

Can I return a sale item?
Yes, you can! We accept returns on all sale items excluding personalised or engraved items, earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), gift cards & gift packaging.

Will my original shipping charge be refunded?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What should I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item in my order?
If there are any issues with your order, there is no need to arrange this as a return on our portal. Instead, please pop a message to our customer service team at [email protected] and they'll get that all sorted for you.  

I received a free item in my order, can I still return?
If you have a free gift in your order and you would like a full refund, the free gift will also need to be returned to us. If you chose to keep this, the amount of the free gift will be deducted from your refund amount. If you would like to exchange your item, you only need to return the items you'd like to swap.
