UK Returns

If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, excluding earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging. All returns can be quickly submitted via our returns portal, and should be sent back unworn and in their original packaging.

When your parcel arrives back with us, your return will be processed and you'll receive a confirmation email regarding your refund/exchange.

Is it Free to Return my Order?
It is free to return your order for an exchange, however when returning for a refund, the amount of £2.85 will be deducted from the refund amount for the use of the label we provide. If you select 'own shipping method' on our returns portal, you will pay for postage at your local post office and you will receive a full refund for your return.

I am based in the UK, how does the QR code work? 
When you have arranged your return and select 'QR code' as your shipping method, this will be sent to you in a separate email. Please take this to your local Royal Mail post office to be scanned, and they will generate a label and post your package. When your return arrives back with us, your return will be processed

How is my return tracked if I select ‘own shipping label’ on the returns portal?
If you chose ‘own shipping label’ as your delivery method when arranging your return, please contact us at [email protected] with an image of your proof of postage receipt once your parcel has been sent. Our team will then be able to track your return and process it.
