We have so much faith in the craftsmanship of our jewellery that every piece we sell is covered by our lifetime guarantee against discolouration or tarnishing. So should your jewellery suffer any discolouration or tarnishing we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced at no additional cost to yourself. 

Kindly note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items, or items that have suffered damage or breakage from everyday wear + tear (e.g.scratches / snapping due to force / bent ring) and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of D. Louise. Any manufacturing defects, (e.g. snapped chain or stone falling out of the jewellery) are covered by a separate one year warranty and not by the lifetime discolouration or tarnishing guarantee.
