So should your jewellery suffer any discolouration or tarnishing we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced at no additional cost to yourself.&#xA0;Kindly note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items, or items that have suffered damage or breakage from everyday wear + tear (e.g.scratches / snapping due to force / bent ring) and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of D.LOUISE.
