UK Returns

If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, excluding earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging. All returns can be quickly submitted via our returns portal here D. Louise Returns Portal , and should be sent back unworn and in their original packaging.

We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them back into our warehouse, and any funds will be returned to your account within 6 working days from that point. If you received a free gift with your order, and you are looking for a refund, you will need to return both items to us.
