Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Please select your destination country at checkout to find your delivery options.

How long until my order is dispatched?
All UK orders placed Monday to Friday before 7pm (GMT) are shipped the same day. Non-UK orders are dispatched on the next working day.

What are the delivery time frames?
For the UK, we use Royal Mail to ship our orders. Standard delivery service has an expected time frame of 2-3 days, and Express delivery service has an expected timeframe of 1-2 days.

International orders can take up to 15 working days to be delivered.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?
For our UK deliveries, a signature is not required. Our courier of Royal Mail use different methods which include taking a proof of delivery photo, or recording the precise GPS location of the delivery for reference purposes.

My parcel is being returned to sender, what do I do?
 If your order has been returned to sender, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct address, and our customer service team will arrange for a replacement to be sent out for you.
