International returns

Please note: postage for returning unwanted items is not prepaid, if you have received an incorrect or faulty item please get in touch before returning your parcel.

If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), gift cards & gift packaging. All returns can be quickly submitted  here D. Louise Returns , and should be sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
